About the Journal
Iraqi journal of Information and Communication Technology (IJICT) is a double-blind peer-reviewed founded in 2018. IJICT is a publication that focuses on information and communication engineering. It offers researchers a forum to share their studies and enhance the evolution of understanding in Computer Networks, Communications systems, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, 5G Networks, Internet of Things (IoT). Our journal is dedicated to upholding tier standards and thoroughness. Our publication offers access, for all readers to freely access research articles without any restrictions. IJICT is published three times a year by AL-Nahrain University- College of Information Engineering. The journal serves as a bridge to the developments, in the field of Information engineering showcasing pioneering research that connects theory with practical industry applications. With our publication released three times a year, we aim to share groundbreaking findings and inventive problem-solving approaches.
The scholarly publication features research studies. Analyses, alongside in-depth critiques and firsthand observations of cases. It looks for research endeavors stemming from either practical investigations that address existing knowledge gaps. Additionally, the publication releases themed editions comprising articles chosen from conferences. Every submission for publication is required to be unique never published before and not currently being reviewed for publication elsewhere. All submissions intended for publication in IJICT undergo a double-blind evaluation process involving peer review assessments as well, as plagiarism and likeness examinations. Only submissions, in English will be considered for acceptance.

Unpublished Papers and Extended Versions of Papers Presented at Conferences may submitted for Possible Publication in IJICT.
Responsibility for the Contents of a Paper rests upon the authors and not upon the editors or publisher. Surveys and tutorial papers are welcome. Please read and follow these instructions carefully. Doing so will ensure that the review and publication of your paper is as rapid and efficient as possible. The editors reserve the right to return manuscripts that are not prepared in accordance with these instructions.

Work submitted for publication must not be published previously or under consideration for publication elsewhere and, if accepted, it should not then be published elsewhere in the same form. If previously published figures, tables, or parts of text are to be included, the copyright-holder's permission must have been obtained prior to submission. Authors of accepted paper should provide a photo and a brief biography of each author.
Iraqi Journal of Information and Communication Technology is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which allows users to copy, to create extracts, abstracts and new works from the Article, to alter and revise the Article, and to make commercial use of the Article (including reuse and/or resale of the Article by commercial entities), provided the user gives appropriate credit (with a link to the formal publication through the relevant DOI), provides a link to the license, indicates if changes were made and the licensor is not represented as endorsing the use made of the work. The authors hold the copyright for their published work on IJICT website, while IJICT responsible for appreciate citation for their work, which is released under CC-BY-4.0 enabling the unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of an article in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.
Paper must be clearly written in English. The text should be presented on A4. All parts of the manuscript should be in two columns format, except the first part of the paper which includes the title, the abstract, and the list of keywords. The paper length should not exceed 10 single-spaced double column pages, including figures and tables. Margins of 15mmshould be left around the left, right, and bottom sides of the text. The top margin should be 25mm. Please number each paper but provide a short running title on the title page only.
